Club72 Golf Limited use various shipping providers to fulfil the safe delivery of our customers orders.

Domestic UK: Delivery within 5 - 7 working days
Domestic UK Express: Delivery within 1 - 3 working days 
Domestic Ireland: Delivery within 5 - 7 working days 
International: Delivery within 12-18 working days
International Express: Delivery within 8-10 working days

Shipping charges will be calculated at Checkout.

Taxes and duties on orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom

All associated customs duties and import fees, taxes and any other charges applicable to your order are the responsibility of the customer. Please note this also applies if you have refused any shipment upon delivery).

You as the customer will be responsible for payment of any such duties, fees and taxes. Club72 Golf Limited are not in control of these charges and cannot advise of the amount when placing an order. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note international orders may be opened and inspected by customs authorities in your country.

We hope you love the items we have sent you as much as we do, but if you’re not 100% happy, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items.

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

What items are exchangeable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

  • In unused and resell-able condition

  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items are not eligible to be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • NWOT (new without tags) or used products

  • Items sourced for the individual via our Personal Shopping & Sourcing facility

What if your item is damaged?

If the purchased product is faulty or damaged when you receive it, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date by contacting info@club72.co.uk

Can my item be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are my refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to store credit

How do I ship back the items?

You will need to arrange the return of your parcel and you can use any desired method such as the Royal Mail, UPS, Parcel Force, FedEx etc.

Please send the item back to our Returns Department undamaged/unworn and in the original packaging with all tags still attached, if an item is not returned in the same condition as it is received, i.e. damaged/worn, without the original packaging or tags etc, then a store credit, refund or an exchange maybe refused.

For UK orders if the item is returned for an exchange then we will then cover the cost to have the replacement delivered back out to you. For international orders the cost of shipping for the exchanged item will be charged to you.

When returning an item we advise you get proof of postage and sufficient insurance from the shipping distributer you have used when you send an item back. For more expensive items we also advise that a fully insured service is used - please speak to your shipping provider for further details.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. All being well, the refund/credit voucher request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Returns received in damaged or worn condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration (due, for example, to your having used the items) up to the price of the items from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.
